As a principal, Tarun focuses his efforts on delivering impact where it matters to clients in non-healthcare analytics. 



During his 10+ years at ZS, Tarun has managed commercial operations for global pharmaceutical clients in areas such as sales incentives, targeting and call planning, performance management and reporting. In addition, he has also worked across industries in areas such as sales force effectiveness, size and structure, and sales training.



Prior to his current role, Tarun led a 50 member team serving a global pharmaceutical client on sales and marketing issue areas, while also managing ZS’s business operations capability group in India. Before joining ZS, Tarun worked as a CRM consultant for clients across industries.



Tarun holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB, Hyderabad) in marketing and leadership and change management. He graduated as an architect from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Roorkee).
