Udbhav is a key leader in ZS’s business operations practice and leads the U.S. geography for the process excellence and transformation space. He has also set up and institutionalized the intelligent process automation capability at ZS, which includes both cognitive automation and robotic process automation.

Udbhav has global experience working with diverse clients in delivering operations transformation and rationalization efforts. He has over 12 years of deep consulting expertise in business operations spanning business transformation, operating model definition, strategic cost reduction, post M&A integration, global operations harmonization, process reengineering, offshoring/nearshoring, intelligent automation and establishing centers of excellence/shared services. He is also an expert in change management.

Prior to joining ZS, Udbhav was an engagement manager for a leading global consulting firm. Being based out of three continents, he helped develop the firm’s process excellence practice across clients in diverse industries spanning many issue areas. He led several high-impact engagements for these clients including post M&A integration for one of the largest global banks in Europe, an operating model transformation for an Australian utility company and a 10-year business planning project for a U.S. gas company.

Udbhav holds degrees in business administration and engineering. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Prince2 practitioner, change management expert and an experienced Lean trainer.
