Our network includes veterans and allies from all ZS levels and functions. Through social events and external engagements, Veterans@ZS celebrates our diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and helps foster inclusivity in the workplace and beyond.

Veterans@ZS supports formal and informal mentorships to help connect like-minded veterans across our company to share experiences and enable one another’s professional success.
Enabling professional growth
Veterans can learn how to leverage the specialized skills they developed in the military, such as team collaboration and leadership, to build a rewarding long-term career in consulting.
Initiating community outreach
Through our global corporate social responsibility program, ZS Cares, Veterans@ZS partners with veteran-focused nonprofit organizations to make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work.
