Emily is a leader in ZS’s financial services practice area, with deep expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategy. She has worked with dozens of clients in the financial services industry, including insurance, group benefits, retirement and asset management.
Emily is an expert on the future of selling—what it will look like and how to help clients achieve it. She partners with clients to help them better understand customers and how to reach them. She also helps implement commercial models through territory design, motivates sales incentive plans and redesigns GTM strategies to deploy new selling models.
Emily has been published in the Harvard Business Review on the topic of gender dynamics in the future of sales.
