Emily helped launch and direct a key accounts management program that yielded $3 million in new business.


Emily is a strategic insights and planning associate principal in ZS’s Chicago office. During her seven-plus years at ZS, she has worked on solving sales and marketing issues across the financial services industry, including insurance, group benefits, retirement, wealth management and asset management.




Emily has partnered with clients to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including understanding the market landscape, creating the strategy, optimizing the distribution structure and deployment across captive and non-captive sales teams and designing motivating sales incentive plans and contests.



Prior experience

Before joining ZS, Emily was a part of the strategy program at Discover Financial, working to develop and implement digital marketing strategy for its consumer banking home equity loans division. Emily also was a part of the industrial engineering team at Hewitt Associates.




Emily holds an MBA in marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, graduating beta gamma sigma. She also holds a B.S. with highest honors in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
