Faisal focuses primarily on commercial operations and technology-related initiatives. He has been with ZS for 13-plus years and has consulted clients in the U.S., Asia and the Middle East across a broad range of sales and marketing issues. Most of Faisal's engagements are transformational in nature, where clients are looking to improve their operational efficiency by improving current internal processes or expanding their capabilities through better use of technology. 




Faisal's specific expertise lies in next-generation technology solutions such as data warehouses, business intelligence, data mining, advanced sales and marketing analytics, and business process automation. On the commercial operations side, Faisal assists clients in improving their sales and marketing support processes and making them more lean and fit for the evolving business environment. He has assisted clients in both building their internal capabilities and outsourcing specific processes to ZS.




Faisal graduated from Harvard Business School’s general management program. He also has an M.S. in information systems management and a B.S. in finance decision science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Faisal has also completed executive education in strategic marketing management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and is trained on Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
