Fan is part of ZS’s R&D excellence team, leading clinical and medical client engagements in the Midwest. With 20 years of experience at ZS, Fan has also led global teams as a client partner on business transformation programs.
Fan has extensive experience bringing cross functional teams together to transform business decision-making processes. She has worked with companies to implement analytics-driven approaches for opportunity assessment, customer experience, resource optimization, and the use of real-world data to improve clinical development and customer engagement across medical and commercial organizations.
Prior to joining the R&D excellence practice, Fan worked as global client service lead for biopharma companies at ZS. Her focus was to help companies leverage data, analytics and technology to develop insight generation capabilities and improve operational excellence.
Fan holds a Ph.D. in psychology and an M.S. in statistics from the University of Chicago. She earned a B.S. in psychology from Beijing University in China.
