Jean-Francois leads ZS’s overall sales compensation practice area. He has been working on sales-compensation-related issues for more than 18 years.

 

 

Jean-Francois has strong expertise in sales compensation with specific experience in compensation design, administration, operations and program management. In addition to sales compensation, he has worked extensively in sales planning and sales operations. 

 

 

His experience prior to joining ZS includes developing marketing model software applications.

 

 

He has an M.S. in business administration and management sciences from Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in business administration in finance from the University of Liege.
