Nicolle is a principal within ZS’s U.S. value and access practice, with over 10 years of consulting experience. She primarily supports San Francisco Bay area clients.
Nicolle’s expertise includes pharmaceutical pricing and contracting, payer value proposition, practice management economics (including billing/coding and payment models), and U.S. market access trends and their implications for pharma companies. She has worked extensively in payer and access marketing, from developing access strategies to training and tactical pull-through with national account teams.
She previously worked at Campbell Alliance/inVentiv Health Consulting.
Nicolle has a B.A. biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College and a Ph.D. in immunology from the University of Washington.
