Role
As the chief people officer (CPO) at ZS, Oriana is responsible for shaping and executing ZS’s human capital strategy. Her role involves leading talent acquisition and management to ensure ZS attracts and retains top-tier talent. She focuses on enhancing the employee experience and engagement to foster a positive and productive work environment. Oriana is also instrumental in developing talent through learning and development programs, managing performance and overseeing compensation and benefit strategies. She aims to align ZS’s people practices with the company’s business goals, helping both our people and our company continue to grow together.

Prior experience
Before joining ZS in 2024, Oriana served as the chief human resources officer at Trustwave. She was responsible for the company’s global human capital and for optimizing Trustwave’s talent and culture. Oriana also served as a senior human resources leader at Discover Financial Services. She led all business partners and talent centers of excellence and set up Discover’s first-ever human resources information system (HRIS) and shared services function. Oriana has also held senior human resources leadership roles at Amazon and American Express.
Education
Oriana holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard University.
