Sonal has 15 years of consulting experience focused on customer insights across large and emerging pharma clients. She is a core member of the customer insights practice area and a member of ZS’s oncology vertical.

Sonal’s experience since joining ZS in 2005 includes marketing and marketing research across large and emerging oncology and diagnostic manufacturers, following several years of working in primary-care-focused markets.

 

Her work experience includes brand monitoring studies, chart audits, war gaming, positioning, messaging, opportunity assessment, drivers and barriers research, segmentation and conjoint analyses.

Sonal holds a master's in marketing research from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from the International Management Institute in New Delhi, India. She also has a double bachelor's degree in statistics and mathematics from the University of Mumbai.
