Steve is a leader in ZS’s customer insights practice area and oncology vertical. Also, he is the office managing principal of the firm’s San Francisco office. For more than 15 years, Steve has collaborated closely with his clients to meet their key business objectives.



Steve is a customer insights expert with significant experience leading ATUs, patient chart audits, segmentations, demand studies, conjoints, claims data analysis and EMR investigations. Steve focuses on helping his clients maximize their product’s potential. In many cases, Steve triangulates several data sources to understand the drivers and barriers to product performance.


While Steve has worked across many solid and liquid tumor types in oncology, he also has experience working in several other specialty therapeutic areas including rheumatoid arthritis and ophthalmology.



Steve graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an honors in business administration, and he holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
