Steve leverages his problem-solving skills to help his clients develop their strategies and to ensure that they are successfully implemented.
Role
Steve has been with ZS since 2002 and is currently the client service leader for a large global pharmaceutical company. He’s responsible for leading a team of several hundred ZSers across geographies to partner with their clients in areas such as strategy, operations, technology, customer insight, analytics, medical and R&D. Prior to Steve’s current role, he was the office managing principal of ZS’s San Francisco office.
Expertise
Steve has led large scale strategy and transformation projects for his customer engagement and digital clients. His expertise includes both sales and marketing topics. In addition, Steve has a strong background in customer insights by integrating primary market research with secondary data.
While Steve has worked across many solid and liquid tumor types in oncology, he also has experience working in several other specialty therapeutic areas, including ophthalmology.
Education
Steve graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in business administration, and he holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
