Thomas is a sales and marketing leader with broad experience in resource allocation, targeting and sales execution initiatives.


Tom has 20 years of consulting experience focused on pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Tom currently heads ZS’s innovation workstreams to redefine the sales performance management capabilities needed to help organizations deploy successfully in the ever-changing healthcare landscape.  




Tom’s expertise focuses on sales force marketing and strategy and operations. Throughout his career, he has worked in areas such as strategic advisory, brand planning support, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, field-force design and deployment, omnichannel, alignment, call planning, incentives and field force effectiveness.



Prior experience

Prior to joining ZS, Tom was a journalist covering NBA basketball for international publications.




Tom holds a master’s in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. He graduated from the Institut des Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po) in Paris, and is fluent in both English and French.
