ZS offers a variety of intern experiences for candidates across the globe. During our internship programs, students gain hands-on experience with clients, benefit from ongoing skills development and participate in exclusive networking events. Following degree completion, interns are considered for full-time positions.

India

Campus Beats
Through ZS’s banner campus program in India, we identify and engage students from dozens of top engineering schools across the country who are seeking opportunities to launch their career and make an impact at a global consulting company. Alumni ambassadors who are current ZSers lead students from their respective alma maters through a range of learning activities and case challenges designed to help them understand what it’s like to work at ZS prior to joining.
North America
ZS is searching for curious minds from diverse backgrounds who want to build their skills through hands-on experience with a variety of projects. Our university recruitment and internship opportunities are designed to prepare students for a future at ZS.
Summer internships
Our North America summer internship program allows students to work directly with ZS teams on real-world client projects throughout the summer. Our 11-week long internship program focuses primarily on project work, skill building and networking to give students the chance to learn about our consulting practices and what it’s like to be a ZSer.
ZS SEED
Student recruitment is the fuel for growing ZS’s innovative and collaborative culture. In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), ZS engages with the bright young minds at Historically Black Colleges and Universities to invite students to participate in ZS SEED. The ZS SEED Program is an opportunity for smart, collaborative and ambitious students to plant a strong footing toward their ideal career through a competitive acceleration program.
Boston Career Forum
ZS is proud to be a part of Boston Career Forum, one of the biggest recruiting platforms for international talent. Every year, ZS participates in the Boston Career Forum with an objective of meeting, interacting and engaging with students studying abroad. We host in-person and online networking events to meet and interview students ready to kickstart their consulting journey with us. Applications begin in September and the in-person event is held in Boston in November. From this event, we are able to recruit Japanese students studying abroad in Boston.

D’Abadie Internship Program
ZS hosts an annual internship program where students from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine are given the opportunity to work with members of our team and possibly join ZS as a full-time employee. Through this initiative we have welcomed countless ZSers.
Kingston Internship Program
Students from the University of the West Indies Mona and The University of Technology, Jamaica start as interns with the opportunity to become full-time employees based on performance.
ZS continues to strengthen our relationship with local universities throughout Trinidad and Jamaica to develop internship programs that allow future ZSers the opportunity to learn in a structured and nurturing environment.
Europe
We are searching for curious minds from diverse backgrounds who want to build their skills through hands-on experience with a variety of projects. Typically run from May to November, our university recruitment programs are designed to prepare students for a future at ZS through internship opportunities, post-graduation full-time positions and skills-based workshops. We run a series of events open to specific universities, diversity initiatives and networking opportunities.
No Slides, Just Vibes
This event has been a huge success by expanding interactions beyond slide deck presentations. No slides, just vibes allows for an informal opportunity to network with our ZSers in a relaxed environment in our EU locations.
Case Cracking Workshops
Learn how to crack the interview by cracking the case. Either full day or evening events, case cracking events are an excellent way for you to develop skills and get familiar with building a structure, approaching the situation and delivering a solution. The events are designed to be fun, leaving you with the skills required to feel prepared for case interviews.
East Asia
ZS invites applicants who are passionate about solving complex problems to transform global healthcare and beyond. Our university recruitment program provides students with an opportunity to build their careers in consulting and technology with hands-on experience in a variety of projects. Led by project teams comprised of brilliant ZSers, students will experience our culture of collaboration and continuous learning from their very first day. Our people feel supported by a diverse community of colleagues who share the same enthusiasm for helping our clients succeed.
Summer internship
We offer a two-day short term internship program, designed to provide students with an opportunity to experience ZS culture. These two days are very thoughtfully designed to enable students to learn about ZS and consulting through various knowledge sharing sessions, have one-on-one interactions and solve an interesting business case study. This program provides a great start for students looking to build a career in consulting, helping you to challenge and enhance your analytical and logical thinking.
Case workshops
ZS hosts a series of case workshops that offer a sneak peek into ZS’s ways of solving a business case study. The registration link is open April through May each year.
Winter recruitment
ZS invests in hiring talented professionals, and university hiring lays a strong foundation toward the growth of the firm. We welcome and invite applicants from all schools in the region with diverse educational backgrounds to begin their consulting and technology careers by applying for a position with ZS. Applications are accepted from September onwards.
