As part of our firm’s vibrant inclusion and diversity group network, Accessibility@ZS is helping to further ZS’s broader mission of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
Promoting visibility and representation
Accessibility@ZS highlights the positive impact ZSers with disabilities make every day and helps foster visibility to those who are neurodivergent or living with physical, sensory or other disabilities.
Building community
Accessibility@ZS members connect ZSers in the disability community so they can find camaraderie based on familiar experiences and feel supported both inside and outside of work.
Providing organizational guidance
Accessibility@ZS drives organizational change to support ZSers with different abilities and makes ZS a more accessible and accommodating firm.
