ZS rebrands BASES Pharmaceutical Forecasting to ZS Vista™

Evanston, Ill—Nov. 8, 2021—ZS VistaTM is the new name for the suite of products formerly known as BASES Pharma. ZS acquired the pharmaceutical forecasting component of BASES from Nielsen in January 2018.

 

BASES Pharma has a long and established history of serving the life sciences industry, with more than 20 years of providing validated and accurate estimates of future demand. Since ZS’s acquisition of the suite of products in 2018, Vista has helped more than 40 life sciences companies with more than 150 unique opportunities.

 

ZS Vista (formerly BASES Pharma) is known for delivering accurate and validated estimates to help companies with launch planning. This includes several unique offerings for estimating HCP-driven demand by either looking at market share or expected product uptake, coupled with marketing and promotional efforts. And potentially even more notably, it can assess the impact that direct-to-consumer advertising can have on the growth and potential of a new brand. Both HCP and patient demand estimates are supported by the exhaustive key measures normative benchmarks and database that has over 20 years of history. As part of the acquisition deal with Nielsen, ZS will transition the BASES name by the end of 2022.
