ZS receives a perfect score on HRC’s Corporate Equality Index for 4th consecutive year


ZS has earned a fourth consecutive perfect score of 100 percent on the 2022 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and designation as a “Best Place to Work For LGBTQ+ Equality” from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC). The HRC Foundation’s CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring company policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.

 

To achieve a perfect score, companies must have fully inclusive equal employment opportunity policies, provide equal employment benefits, demonstrate their commitment to equality publicly and exercise responsible citizenship.

 

“ZS holds an expansive view of diversity, equity and inclusion that celebrates all aspects of ZSers’ identity—both seen and unseen. Fostering a welcoming culture is a natural part of who we are,” says Managing Director Pratap Khedkar. “We are thrilled to receive a 100 percent score from the HRC on our enduring commitment to treat people right, get it right and do the right thing.”
