ZS Named a Worldwide Leader in IDC MarketScape for Social Media Analytics Within Life Sciences

Evanston, Ill. –September 7, 2017 – Global sales and marketing firm ZS has been named an IDC MarketScape worldwide leader in social media analytics in the life sciences space.

ZS was positioned in the leaders category in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Life Science Social Media Analytics 2017 Vendor Assessment (Doc#US40511016, August 2017). Customers interviewed for the IDC MarketScape report gave ZS high marks for account management, technical capability and overall value.

For their vendor positioning, IDC analysts leveraged publicly available information combined with detailed surveys and interviews with the vendor candidates and their end users.
