Evanston, Ill. – October 22, 2025 – ZS is expanding its partnership with Salesforce to bring ZAIDYN® intelligence to Salesforce’s Agentforce Life Sciences.
This integration gives life sciences companies direct access to ZAIDYN intelligence within Salesforce.
Available January 2026, the integration will help life sciences teams improve their sales and marketing performance and get therapies to patients faster, through smarter omnichannel orchestration and field strategy planning and execution.
ZAIDYN integration will allow organizations to:
- Enable personalized, compliant HCP engagement through ZAIDYN Customer Engagement. Rich healthcare professional intelligence from ZAIDYN embeds life sciences-specific insights directly within Salesforce workflows to drive more relevant interactions.
- Optimize field effectiveness. When ZAIDYN Field Performance is integrated with Salesforce, teams can drive intelligent territory coverage, dynamic deployment and performance-driven incentives—ensuring every rep is in the right place, engaging the right customers and delivering measurable results to close care gaps.
- Extend Salesforce’s Agentforce with life sciences-trained ZAIDYN agents that deliver contextual recommendations and automate next best actions. ZAIDYN’s agents include HCP Suggestions, Next Best Action, Personalized Content and Dynamic Targeting Agents to help teams anticipate customer needs, personalize engagement and act faster in the flow of work.
Integration will be enabled through multiple modalities, including API-based approaches, MuleSoft and Data Cloud integration packages and agent deployments via AgentExchange.
