ZS offers comprehensive and competitive healthcare coverage. ZS pays 90% of the premium cost for ZSers and 70% of the premium cost for their dependents.

ZS has partnered with Workplace Options (WPO) to support ZSers and their immediate family members and dependents with unlimited in-the-moment support.

Our travel plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard during business travel.

Donation matching program
ZS will match your donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum, per employee, of 2,800 SGD per calendar year.

Advanced degree program
After at least 2 ½ years of tenure at ZS, you can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies and, if accepted, receive financial support.

Paid time off
Full-time employees will accrue 15 days of paid vacation per calendar year in addition to paid holidays. Full-time employees hired at the manager level or above will accrue 20 days of paid vacation per year. All ZSers are eligible for paid sick leave in addition to paid vacation time.

Family leave
Our family leave program offers you up to 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or to care for a family member with a serious health condition. In addition, we offer up to 16 weeks of  maternity leave for new mothers. This comes out to 26 weeks when combined with the family leave program.
