Medical
WorldCare Apex is Now Health’s most comprehensive insurance plan. ZS pays 90% of the premium cost for you and 70% of the premium cost for your dependents.
Dental
ZS Singapore's complete dental plan through Now Health covers exams, X-rays, preventative cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals (excluding crowns) up to SGD 1,950 per coverage period.
Vision
Now Health provides vision benefits for eye exams, prescribed spectacles, frames, and contact lenses when prescriptions change, with coverage up to SGD 936 per coverage period.
Accident insurance
ZS Singapore's personal accident insurance provides financial protection for your loved ones in the event of a critical accident, with coverage of up to 3x annual salary, up to SGD 1,500,000.
Life insurance
ZS provides life insurance coverage of up to 3x annual salary in the event of your death, up to SGD 3,000,000. Evidence of insurability may be required for coverage above SGD 1,610,000.
Family planning
ZS offers fertility benefits through Now Health, covering fertility assessments, IUI, and IVF treatments up to SGD 10,000 for eligible couples between 30-40 years of age, per coverage period.
Mental health support
Your Now Health medical plan covers mental healthcare up to SGD 9,750 annually. ZSers and immediate family members also have access to 24/7 emotional support through Workplace Options EAP.
Flu shot
Your Now Health health plan covers vaccinations up to SGD 1,560 per year, under the combined wellness limit.

Retirement savings
CPF is mandatory for Singapore citizens and PRs, with contributions from ZSers and ZS. Non-PR ZSers do not contribute and receive a taxable 5% annual savings bonus, paid monthly.
Charitable donation matching
ZS will match donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum of SGD 2,800 per calendar year.
Advanced degree tuition support
ZSers with at least 36 months of tenure at the start of the program can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies.
Work-life benefits

Vacation time
Full-time ZSers will accrue 15 days of paid vacation from date of hire. Managers, senior-level hires, and ZSers with 36+ months of ZS tenure will accrue 20 days of paid vacation annually.
Sick time
ZSers receive 14 days of sick leave per year.
Observed ZS holidays
ZS provides 11 company paid holidays. Observed national and customary holidays that fall on a Saturday or Sunday shall be moved to the following Monday, in accordance with Singapore law.
Bereavement leave
Bereavement time varies based on the relationship to the individual who passed.
Childcare leave
Singapore law provides paid childcare leave: up to six paid days annually for children under seven and up to two paid days for children ages seven–12, subject to eligibility and documentation.
Travel assistance
Our Travel Assistance Plan provides medical, security and logistical expertise to safeguard and support ZSers during business travel abroad.
Reservist leave
ZS provides reservist leave to ZSers who are Singapore National Servicemen when they are called to serve for military conscription.
Polling Day
If Polling Day falls on a weekday, it will be treated as a paid public holiday. If Polling Day falls on a weekend, you will be granted time-off-in-lieu.
Family, maternity and parental leave
ZS Family Leave provides paid time off, including 16 weeks of leave for new mothers/adoptive parents, 4 weeks for fathers, and 10 weeks of leave for the serious health condition of a family member.
