ZS offers healthcare coverage of the National Health Insurance Association. In addition to the social insurances, ZS offers group life, accident and long-term disability insurances.
ZS provides a discount voucher for babysitting services to support ZSers with childcare needs. This voucher is a Cabin Office-commissioned service operated by the All Japan Childcare Services Association (ACSA).
ZS offers a defined-contribution pension plan (DC plan). ZS will contribute 5% of your monthly base salary up to 27,500 JPY monthly. ZSers can also make an additional voluntary (matching to employer’s contribution) pretax contribution toward the pension plan.

This subsidy program provides you with tax and social insurance costs savings. You can request support from an agency who rents an apartment for you and helps review the contract, pays the security deposit, deals with complaints and more.

Donation matching program
We’ll match your donations and volunteer time up to an annual maximum, per employee, of 270,000 JPY per calendar year.
Advanced degree program
After at least 2 ½ years of tenure at ZS, you can apply for sponsorship to graduate studies and, if accepted, receive financial support.
Paid time off
Full-time employees will accrue 15 days of paid vacation per calendar year in addition to paid holidays. Full-time employees hired at the manager level or above will accrue 20 days of paid vacation per year. Additionally, ZS provides five days of paid sick time per year.
Our family leave program offers you up to 10 weeks of paid time off for the birth or adoption of a child or to care for a family member with a serious health condition.
